Job Description

The Junior Business Systems Analyst will monitor and resolve business process issues as communicated through internal help desk and assist in ensuring that new processes and JD Edwards Enterprise System enhancements have been properly documented, tested, and approved in a timely manner. You will offer solutions that enable the organization to achieve its objectives from a business systems user efficiency perspective.

The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented and knowledgeable to assist end users in their technical issues of business applications.   • Create improvements in business processes and enhance the user experience within the JD Edwards business system
  • Enable the organization to achieve its objectives by resolution and analysis of business system application problems

Key Work Activities:

  • Receive and resolve help desk tickets, and monitor ongoing issues through to resolution
  • Serve as technical and application resource and provide technical support to internal users
  • Educate internal users on various aspects, features, and new implementations within business system applications
  • Assist BSA team members in facilitating and moving through new projects and JDE enhancement documentation
  • Test new features and implementations of functions during various phases of the implementation process
  • Provide insight and ideas that will help in the hurdles and obstacles of the process of implementation, execution, and testing of solutions.

Additional Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree or diploma in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is required
