Job Description

The Master Data Administrator – Contracts is responsible for all activities related to the administration and maintenance of fixed priced and scheduled maintenance contracts.

The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills collaborating with other departments. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, so naturally strong keyboarding skills and speed are required to manage the volume of work. 


  • Efficient administration of maintenance contracts
  • Providing responsive customer service
  • Maintaining contracts process 
  • Ensuring integrity of contract data

Key Job Activities:

  • Add and edit contract requests in computer system JD Edwards
  • Audit requests to ensure approvals meet company policies
  • Monitory and track requests through the lifecycle of a contract 
  • Solve problems identifying potential bottlenecks in process completion
  • Communication with appropriate department to achieve completion goals
